[Ph.D. Program] Application for the NSTC Doctoral Student Scholarship for Academic Year 115 (2026–2027): Please submit your application by Wednesday, July 15.
Regarding the NSTC Doctoral Student Scholarship for Academic Year 115 (2026–2027), Ph.D. students who intend to apply are requested to submit all required documents by Wednesday, July 15, to facilitate the Institute’s preliminary review and ranking process. Please refer to the attached official documents and scholarship regulations for details. Applicants are requested to complete the following requirements:
【For Applicants】
A. Eligibility: Registered Ph.D. students of any year, including newly admitted students entering the Ph.D. program in September 2026.
B. Fellowship Award:
● NT$40,000 per month for up to three years (September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2029).
● Students who graduate before the end of the fellowship period will receive the fellowship through the month of graduation.
(Total quota for the entire College of Engineering this year: 5 spots).
C. Required Documents:
1. Application Form (please use either the updated Chinese Form 03 or English Form 04).
2. Academic Transcripts: First-year Ph.D. students: Masters transcript. / Continuing Ph.D. students: Ph.D. transcript.
3. Ph.D. Research Proposal: Limited to 10 pages, including references. Submissions exceeding this limit will not be reviewed.
4. 【05 College Review Result Recommendation Form】 – Review and Recommendation Comments:Please detail the specific reasons for your recommendation using bullet points. Avoid brief remarks of only 1–2 lines, as this may result in the application being returned.
5. Other Supporting Documents: Optional, no page limit.

Submission Deadline: 5:00 PM, Wednesday, July 15, 2026

● Submit the signed approval page of the application form to the Graduate Institute Office.
